One model that we are very excited about is the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, which was officially released this month for purchase. What we love about the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder is that it finally has brought its styling up to its performance level. In 2013 the Pathfinder went from body-on-frame construction to a unibody platform, making it more of a crossover classification than a true SUV. This is all good because the crossover category is where the growth is. However, it took a few more years for the Pathfinder to find itself: just because it’s officially a crossover, doesn’t mean it has to forego its outdoorsy, truck-like appeal.

Pathfinder lovers missed the “boxy” shape. It made Pathfinder distinctive in its category. Drivers identified the profile with being more credible off-road and didn’t want to have the crossover that looks like every other.
