Nissan 2 thrid podium finish for the four races at Lime Rock

Doran Racing drivers, Brad Jaeger and B.J. Zacharias, have recently earned their third podium finish in four races for the 2015 season. This past weekend, Zacharias finished the race only 0.117 seconds of second-place. Although they didn’t finish in the top two, they did manage to score their 3rd podium finish in the last four races. In a post-race interview, Zacharias said: “I think if we had stayed green, Jade Buford’s tires would have fallen off and given us a shot, but the podium finish is awesome. We just want to get a little higher on the podium. I didn’t have any issues – the car was great. I really have to say that it came down to the pit stops. The Doran team did a great job in the pits. I just tried to work through traffic.” If you would like to read the full article please click on the link below:

Nissan to Compete in Spa 24 Hours

Nissan 2 spa 24 hours 2015

Nissan recently announced that it will be participating in one of the toughest races on the Blancpain Endurance Series. On July 25th and 26th, Nissan will compete at Spa-Francorchamps PRO class for the first time in 2015 with the Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3. Alex Buncombe, Katsumasa Chiyo and Wolfgang Reip will be competing for a top spot at the end of the race. In a recent interview, Reip said: “As always I will push hard to get the best possible result, remembering that anything can happen in 24 hours. I love this track. I know it better than any other circuit, and having the support of my friends and the Belgian people gives me great motivation. I had a practive run in the 25-hour Fun Cup race last weekend. The car was nothing like the GT-R, but I drove for almost 10 hours in a lot of traffic, so it has really helped me to prepare for the Spa 24 Hours.” If you would like to read the full article please click on the link below:
