Nissan is experimenting with self-cleaning car paint now has a new gimmick: the glow-in-the-dark car. Nissan’s European operation says it’s one of the first automakers to have glow-in-the-dark paint. The electric Nissan LEAF featuring the new paint job luminously glows blue after nightfall. Scott created a product called Starpath, a coating that absorbs the sun’s rays during the day and then glows from 8 to 10 hours after the sun goes down.
